Our 2024 opportunity

 QUILT SHOW

To these ends, we have many activities for our members and that include the public.   These include speakers, workshops, a quilt show, and many donations to community organizations.  We invite you to browse our website and see what we’re all about.

Roseville Quilters Guild was founded to:

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Giving to the community is a major focus for the Roseville Quilters Guild, and we accomplish this in many ways. Learn more about our Community Outreach activities.

This darling Featherweigt sewing machine was born in December 1948 and was recently rejuvenated and given a new baby blue coat.  She comes with a new carrying case, a custom-made cover, mat, and Farm Girl quilt, along with several accessories – a traveling cover for the fold-up bed, a foot pedal bag, a pincushion, and more.

The quilt was made, quilted, and donated by Jenny Gedeon.  The machine cover was made by Laurel Moore, the mat by Linda Jo Miller, pincushion by Virginia Butterfield.

You have a chance to win this classic sewing machine!  We will sell tickets all year, and draw the winning ticket at our quilt show on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

To purchase tickets, see our Contact Us page.

OUR NEXT MEETING

HAPPY HOUR

Every Tuesday at 4pm (until further notice) the Guild hosts a Happy Hour gathering, via Zoom.  It’s a fun time to just get together and chat. Members are usually sent a reminder a day in advance.

Our 2024 quilt show, “Quilting Dreams,” is scheduled for May 17-18, 2024.  We feature quilts, vendors, a boutique, and more.  Check back for more detailed information as the year progresses.

ZOOM MINI GROUP

We have a mini group, open to all, that meets via Zoom every Tuesday at 2pm.  The group focuses on Missouri Star tutorials.  We watch a part, go away to do what Jenny tells us, then come back and watch the next step.  We share what we’re working on and have learned a lot of new techniques.  Contact: Jen Luton
